The unique modular design of The Matrix System allows it to be a lot of things to a lot of clients. Some utilize the serialization for product diversion and track and trace initiatives while others seek a manageable centralized printing system.

Matrix recently installed a fully automated SAP pallet labeling system at Pepperidge Farm.

Before the Matrix Pallet Labeling System was installed Pepperidge Farm had to manually enter data into terminals and apply labels by hand...for every pallet. This process was very cumbersome and expensive due to the dedicated labor associated with just printing and applying labels.

Matrix's system not only printed and applied labels it also was designed to be completely unattended and could trigger automation based on certain events. Even if the system became disconnected from SAP Matrix would print the error code on the label and reject the pallet until it could be reworked.

Pepperidge Farm feels this system will pay for itself in a matter of a few short months!
